I heard a guy discussing why men have such a hard time with homosexuality, specifically pertaining to the lack of masculinity. He said that men and women, during sexual interactions, are engaged in a power exchange. It is assumed by this man, that the man in the scenario is the one who believes he has the power. In fantasy the straight man sees himself dominating the woman. In our culture men are presumed and encouraged to be the more powerful one., i.e. masculine =power. He exact words were "when a man fantasizes about a woman and then considers the possibility that he may be in the position of that woman should he find himself in a homosexual encounter, he gets scared, like Oh my God!" So, when a straight man begins to fantasize about another man they immediately shut the thought down because they do not want to be in the position of the woman. I think this is interesting. What does it say about how men look at women? And the assumed power roles in the bed room?

Packing up the House

Spent the day making a movie (on the hunt) with the kids. We made clay animals and made a movie. Good times, the mouse and bunny hop aroudn looking for food, find healthy food and turn their noses up at it only to discover my fav, mtn. dew and M&Ms. Its about a min and a half and will post it when I figure out how. Spent the rest of the day cleaning out the house. All that needs to be done is clean the rooms and put a sign up!!! WHoa hoa! one step closer to home..ahhh...nothing really that I pondered today except poverty. It is the only circumstance that renders you without choice, especially if you have children. On a lighter note. off to work on the movie and plan my yellow brick road home, i must watch out because I might just need to look right under my nose and click my mother-fuckin heels!

Hello people, Im super busy right now moving and such. I have two new blogs I need to follow and promise those hotties I will get there asap. Spent the weekend on the lake again, GOT TO LOVE IT. would rather be there then roasting in this god forsaken place. I had a question..any help please.. why is starbucks water in their plastic cups from their tap so damn good? They aren't selling any of the bottled -help the dehydrated children- water when the free shit is so wonderful.

Just got back from some Texas lake side fun. It was GREAT! sking, tubing, swimming, boating, what more can a country girl-i mean suburban girl- ask for. I believe I may be conforming to this Texan lifestyle. I have found appreciation for country music. I have programed a station into my radio! Really, it is refreshing to hear music that has men singing about missing his girl instead what a **ich, she is or how he wants to **ck her mouth, etc..you get my drift. From an objective stance the music is really honest. I like that. simple and honest. And I learned to two-step, well kind of. I liked it either way. I'm tired of how people consider humping each other on a dance floor as dancing. well, ya'll, I fixin' to make dinner. catch ya later.

SO LONG, TOO LONG

Hello people who have noticed that I have not written since Christmas. A lot has changed. I have changed a lot. I am trying to keep this up for my BFF. Whom I love and is my hetrosexual life partner. We live far apart and this is a good way to stay informed. So, Im getting divorced, have two head cavernomas, love my kids, and have found something so rare that its value can't be described. One day, I'll disclose but for now consider me quite rich. And in need of a job.
